Innovative EAC meeting in Stockholm May 2024!

Sweden (PWA) was the host when the European Associations Cooperation (EAC) met at its second meeting in Stockholm on 21-23 May. The president, Steven Baumgärtner, held the agenda and 18 people participated from Belgium, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Austria and the United States (unofficially not a member).

Representatives from ten countries committed during the meeting to form the “European Association Cooperation” (EAC) to better coordinate efforts, strengthen and address common challenges in the product media industry.

‍

EAC will work with laws & regulations, policy, lobbying, marketing, trade fairs & events, education, digitalization, sustainability and use each other's experiences. PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) participated in the discussions to support the development of the overall industry in line with its vision and mission, although the United States is not a formal EAC member.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the product media industry that will improve, develop, strengthen, drive and set higher standards across Europe.
